Saxophonist extraordinaire Doug Webb leaves Los Angeles behind and keeps working straight ahead towards "Another Scene." Recorded in New York City, Webb's 2013 collection of hard hitting performances features stellar support from the east coast rhythm section of pianist Peter Zak, bassist Dwayne Burno, and drummer Rudy Royston. The cats in the band do some heavy lifting behind the sensational melodicism and harmonic direction of their fearless leader.
